Interntional wire approval - External Users

Currently external users can only approve international wires on the mobile app. This should also work for the AgilLink website, for users who do not choose to utilize the app. It is incredibly inconvenient to have to switch between the browser and the app to approve a specific payment method, if the clients preferred choice of approval is the browser.
