Journals and Intercompany Journals - Create Levels and Vendors on the fly

Having the ability to create levels and vendors on the fly for journals and intercompany journals would save a ton of time. Currently users need to open up a second tab to create either and then go back into the transaction. Users can currently set up GL codes on the fly with transactions, but not levels or vendors.
