Currently email notifications with balance thresholds send emalis for electronic debits and credits. We only need to know when ach/wire deposits are made over a certain dollar amount. We don't need to know about ach/wires that we send. Also with Exactuals, we don't need an email on every residual deposit. That is why we need to enter email balance notifications criteria. When we were on Legacy we were also on Business Suite. Business Suite allowed a user to create email notifications based on the criteria the user entered and it worked. CNB made us get rid of Business Suite because we were told anything we can do on Business Suite we can do on AgilLink.
