On Bank rec - all uncleared transactions (on left side) should show no matter what date.

Presently, if you run a certain date for the bank rec, items that have not yet been cleared from previous dates are not included for clearing (left side). Anything that has not cleared on the left side of the bank rec should always appear there even if it is from a prior date.
