Searching - Add Bank Routing and Account Number

When searching across entities, it would be helpful to add the ability to search by bank routing number and bank account number in the search. This way, users can pull up like vendors/payments across clients (especially if a vendor changes their banking information, which needs to be updated in lieu of having global vendors).
