Add column filtering option for commission reports

At the moment, when running Commissions Report, there is only the checkbox option to "Hide comm table and payment info columns". This option removes the percentage% column as well. Instead of that checkbox, can we add filters instead so we can select which columns we want to see in the comm report? It would be very helpful/useful to keep the commission% in the report... but do not need to see the extra headers (Comm Table, Inv#/Memo, Check#). THANK YOU!
