Enhance "view History" when approving bills
If a user would like to see how a previous invoice was coded and they click "View History" and click on a particular invoice it opens that invoice and takes the user out of the invoice which they were approving. Users would like to stay in existing invoice and be able to approve after viewing the previous invoice
