Add a subtotal section when running the credit crd. import report & sorting by GL code. Subtotal not appearing in the split side of the report.

Add running totals on Credit Card Module for balances on Multiple Checks
This would allow a user to see the balance on each invoice/check being produced when using the "Multiple Check" option in teh credit card module. Allowing the user to see if a large credit/refund will result in a credit balance check.
