Display warning in AgilLink when payment method changes from epay to draft due to amount less than $1

ipay will not allow an amount less than $1 and will change the payment method automatically.  Currently AgilLink remains the original payment method (epay) and the firms don't know that the payment went draft, causing delay in payment/late fess.

Site 10029 experienced this issue.
