Order lines in ledger by how they appear in the journals, not by smallest amount to largest

Currently when you run the ledger, it will show the lines for the same coding within the same journals by smallest amount to largest, instead of the order they appeared in the journal. For example, if a credit card has multiple lines of auto fuel coded, the ledger would not show those lines in the order they appeared in the journal, but instead list them in the order of smallest amount to largest amount. Then the ledger would show the next journal's auto fuel lines in that journal's smallest to larges amount. The ledger should show them in the order they appeared in the journal instead, since we journal them in the order we would like them to appear.
