Bank Balance/Activity Order

When in a client on the home page, that client's bank should be the first one listed and then corresponding group accounts could be alphabetical thereafter.

Users would like the ability to re-order the banks in the Bank Definition screen to either be numerical, alphabetical by name, or alphabetical by description and have this reflect on the home screen as well.
