Add Roll up account to ledger report

Currently, only the detail accounts show on ledger reports, and without the round up account, unless you are familiar with the GL code, the detail accounts are useless. When printing ledgers for the owners of the company, all they see are the GL account numbers and not the rollup account which has the description of the accounts
