Drill into history chart on approval

In the legacy system – imaging you could click on the History Chart (within the bill pay) and once the chart was displayed you could click on a previous month and it would take you to the detail.   The new system does not do this… can this be incorporated in further releases.  Clients loved using this method as did i.
