Add "Submit Feedback" to all menus in AgilLink

The "Submit Feedback" option isn't appearing in the menu on all pages. You can find it on the Home Page, and the Entitlements screen, but it doesn't appear on the Ledger Report, or the Income Statement screens. Without a consistent menu, users may be less inclined to submit feedback if they can't find it.
