user wants restrictions in place so if exchange rate needs to be updated, then don't allow wire to be edited/sent.

Allowing payors and payor detail to be imported in one file like vendor lists would save set up time for clients with numerous payors that would otherwise have to be manually entered.

The deposits screen displays the last deposit amount but does not automatically land on this field. AgilLink should default the user to land on this field to quickly update the amount if needed
