Have a SWIFT code and IBAN fields in the Bank Definition

There should be a SWIFT code and IBAN fields in the bank definition. This would allow Datafaction clients who have foreign bank accounts for their clients to place SWIFT codes and IBANs in the bank definition for when they need it. Currently there is no place in AgilLink to store this information, and many people could benefit from a place to store that information.
