AgilLink should inform Admin Users when an email notification fails or is bounced back

If an email address (user, vendor, or otherwise) is typed incorrectly, it will result in users thinking they are sending emails or notifications, but the recipient never receives them. This causes confusion and he said/she said, when it is discovered that emails weren't received.

If an email is sent and MS Exchange or other email provider returns a "non-deliverable" error, it should be sent to administrator users at the firm.

Better yet, inputting an email address should prompt a verification email (containing a link) to the recipient. If the recipient clicks the link, AgilLink, shows that address as verified (to administrators, or users who may try to send emails to that user). If the address is changed, verification is revoked until the new verification link is clicked. Unverified recipients should still be able to receive emails, but will display a warning symbol by the name/address when the admin views the user setup, or a user tries to send them an email.
