Show the Year Close Status when displaying the date selection on Financial reports

When running a report where the system gives a selection of dates, it would be helpful to show which date is the year close date next to the appropriate date. If a client is on a fiscal year and the request is to run e.g. a ledger for the fiscal year it is not clear what the start date and end date should be
