Allow 3 decimal Places in a Commission Table

This is a reqquest to have 3 decimal places in a commission table rather than 2? The rounding is causing an issue in the reconciliation. In this example the issue is that this is split 4 different ways and the total should be 21.0%, but it ends up with 21.01%.
