Open Rejected Invoices to the Details Tab and Highlight Comments in Red

Currently opening a rejected invoice from the rejected inbox opens the invoice to the "Invoice" tab. Users have to click to the details tab in order to see why the invoice was rejected. It will save users a click if rejected invoices opened to the details tab by default. Additionally, the yellow color used to highlight the rejecter's comments isn't very eye catching. Changing the highlight to red or changing the font of the comment to red may help. (in legacy imaging rejection comments are shown in red font.)
