Add a notes field to Define Commissions that will display in predicitive lookup during Deposit Entry

Commissions structures can be very complicated.  The ID field only allows 20 characters to store information.  This is not enough for users to know which to select.  If a larger notes field were added with ~100 characters, additional details could be stored there.  During Deposit Entry displaying those notes in the dropdown / predictive lookup would allow the user to choose the correct table.
