External users (clients) need to be able to see history
In the Legacy system our clients were able to see the history of payments prior to approving etc. In AgilLink unless we make them an internal user all they can do is approve bills.
This has been a huge problem/issue for us as well and we are paying for internal users so they can the history. Also just needing them to be a user so their signature can be on a check regardless if they will ever log in.
What is the justification for not implementing invoice history access for external users? They have/had this with Imaging.
