Add the ability to code to more than one set of levels within the same vendors payment, when paying vendors within the commissions table

If several different income lines are being coded out on a commissionable deposit (levels associated with different tours/legs/states, etc.), to have the ability to add multiple GL codes/levels to the vendors payment to match the correct expenses and levels.
