Not needing to enter a decimal for amount of transaction

Gap from Legacy in that before if you entered a transaction amount that had no cents you did not need to enter a decimal you could just enter 123 and the system would know it was $123.00. This is another gap from Legacy that they have run into that also cost them time in entering transactions.
