Error received if you do not have a client chosen, and attempt a task

When you login and try to upload images (or go to a specific tab), and a client has not yet been chosen, an error comes up stating that "You are not authorized to access this function." It would be great if the error could be removed (as it is confusing), and instead, only force a user to choose a client when trying to handle a client-specific task.
