Uploading Budgets into AgilLink

Rit from Cal Financial would like to be able to upload a budget into AgilLink. It is much easier for them to manipulate budgets offline in excel and upload into AgilLink rather than making them in AgilLink which can be cumbersome.

For touring in particular, the user receives a budget from the tour manager (or management). There should be a way to upload that budget spreadsheet (from an Excel format) directly into AgilLink, to save on a ton of manual entry.
