Too much space in report headers

Goodfriend & Jacobs would like there to be less space between the header and where the numbers start on financial reports. I believe the reason for the space is we allow potentially 4 header boxes but 99% of the firms I have been involved with only use 3. Maybe we can look at the coding so if a firm is only utilizing 3 the report reduces the space in between.
