Adding "All" State/Country option to Income Statement

I realized that when I run a divisional Income Statement by selecting "Division per Section", and then selecting "Tours/Projects" as the report level, I do not have the option of selecting all states/countries. This is already an option when running a ledger report, though. Can you please add the "All" option for State/Country?
