AR Invoice and Statement Layout Format

It would be helpful if the AR invoices and statements can be folded in 3 equal parts and fit into a #10 window envelope. This could be done by putting the "Send Remittance To" information under the company name at the upper left hand corner and dropping the "Bill To" info down, essentially switching the two in place.
