Security options for not allowing multiple prints of checks

A user is concerned with the prospect of users being able to print checks over and over without the use of Reprint Check because the print screen does not disappear after a print and it allows the saving of the check to PDF. In Legacy when you hit print check it prints it automatically to a printer set up for checks and does not allow you to reprint without further steps. Could something be set up such that when certain users print, instead of it asking for a method of printing, it would print to a printer and only allow the print to happen once?
