In Legacy, when we rejected an invoice in the comments, staff will make corrections and the notes and history of coding used to stay. I used to be able to see why I rejected an item and how it looked in my "To approve" screen. Now after approving so many invoices, we can't recall sometimes what rejected and if a correction was done properly. Once a reject item is corrected, it goes back to "To approve" inbox and no history on why or if it was even rejected. I could have rejected an item 10 days ago and won't know to hold staff accountable why it took that long to fix with no history to remind us on the invoice. This is a feature that should have been created in Agillink as well.
