External Users - Invoice Approvals - Viewing Invoice History

When an external user is approving a payment via the website or app (example: a client or partner), they do not have the ability to see invoice history or averages. This would be very helpful, so that they can see previous payments (example: LADWP payment trend for the past 13 months and/or graph)
