Ability to do basic editing when viewing PDF documents in Imaging

When viewing PDF documents in imaging, one should have access to some of the basic features Adobe Acrobat already provides (i.e. to use the highlighter pen, arrows, underline and tic tac calculator feature) rather than making those changes to the PDF then uploading it to AgilLink.
