Increase Description Character Limit
Is there anyway to increase the number of characters in the description line? There’s no way we can properly bill with only 100 characters. I cannot even use multiple lines as it requires quantity and unit price to be greater than 0. This is a serious limitation in the software. The old legacy system had no character limitations.
this need to be update. more clients what to see additional information on credit card descriptions. 255 characters, column width 50 and wrap would be nice. example attached (example is 50 wide & 251 characters) - we want all the information - yet the system cut off at 100.
