Ability to dismiss any To View items

If I use the To View feature, and go to view the receipts there is a dismiss button when I drill-in. When I go To View Payments and drill-in to there is not a dismiss button you have to cancel out and check the box the dismiss from the main page of all transactions for payments To View. This should be consistent

Note - This is only if the payment method is Regular Check
