Keep source formatting in Notes Merged

Please keep line breaks and carriage returns in the "Add Notes" option. Right now, it removes all extra spacing and looks like one long sentence. My firm copies and pastes important emails into the notes section for backup and it's currently useless without any formatting.

Also comic sans as the font should be changed.
