Submitted on behalf of Judy Sosa from Holthouse - The paychex payroll import was working fine up until they added the 401k to the payroll. On the auto bank rec, the bank side is good and it shows 3 amounts (net check, taxes and 401k) all broken down, each on a single item line. The ledger side of it, shows only 2 amounts (net check, taxes + 401k). Auto bank rec shows these as a no match, they have to unreconcile the items and manually match them up.
The payroll import in AgilLink also shows only two lines - net check, taxes + 401k. The firm would like these split up and show 3 line items just like the bank does. Firm settings is set to float, changing it to payment wouldn't make a difference here. This is happening on all clients.
