It would be extremely helpful if deleted invoices (for example) appeared with a strike-through, a different color, or even just said "cancelled" or "deleted" when searching. It is time consuming when you have to click on the invoice to see if it's marked cancelled in small print in the corner. Or the recurring invoices that have generated that look like you've got past due items only to find they've been cancelled once you drill down. Especially when we're transitioning clients, mistakes will happen - clients change their mind about which entity should pay a bill. We need to be able to make those items "disappear" so we're not having to scroll past them every time we do a search.
