Provide a way for the admin to see their user internal/external license count

Provide a way for the administrator to see the total number of internal & external users they have licensed, how many of each are currently active and a tally of the remaining unused licenses of each type they have. Possible ways to do this are either be a new report or even a grid-type display in the upper right hand corner of the Define Users page.
