User would like the lockout error message to not just state please contact support, but to include the step of resetting password fixes the lockout. This request is due to the user getting locked out last night and not being able to login till this morning, if the message included resetting password would unlock the user then they could of fixed their issue last night.
In addition, on the normal login page, I would suggest changing the message the at bottom from "Reset your password" to "Reset your password or lockout"
