Update the terminology used to describe levels

We should use the terms "Level Rollup" and "Level Detail" to help distinguish what is being referred to by end user. Levels 1, 2, and 3 in Admin >Clients >Detail tab should be Level Rollup. What is within said Level Rollup should be called Level Detail and that is handled in Transactions > Define Levels. Define Levels should also be called "Define Level Details".
