Add Date Range to Budgets

When entering a budget, i feel it would be helpful if there was an option to select a date range below the account selection.

Currently the budgets populate every month of the year.

I feel a date range would help track budgets over multiple years or shorter periods.

Example: if you have a recording project starting 10/31/23 and finishing 1/31/24. The expenses are for the same project but you would have to have 2 budgets in Agilink because of the different years
