To Enter Screens

Add a column on all To Enter screens to display the user that uploaded that image. When images sit in To Enter for weeks, it's difficult from management perspective to determine who uploaded the image and left it in To Enter. Would be great to know from this screen which user may need to review items they've uploaded, but not entered.
