Receive email notifications when documents are uploaded in specific categories.

It would be helpful to receive notifications when documents are uploaded into a specific category. When doing tax returns I would like staff to be able to upload estimate payments and other tax related documents and receive an email when they are uploaded. This would help save time in confirming with staff whether something was uploaded or not.
