Allow users to delete Financial Statement Styles used in a Report Automation template

Users construct Report Automation Templates by selecting Saved Reports that reference Financial Statement Styles.

This creates a link between Financial Statement Styles and Report Automation Templates that prevents the user from being able to delete the Financial Statement Style without deleting/editing the Report Automation Template.

Deleting the Financial Statement Style should automatically break that link to Report Automation Templates.
