Standardize the format for bank reconciliation reports

The header of the bank reconciliation reports changes if you run it from the Standard Bank Rec menu or Auto bank Rec menu. The Auto Bank Rec menu prints the header with the Client ID before the client name and extra description information on the bank account while the Standard Bank Rec menu report has only the client name and bank name.
