Removing Inactive Bank Accounts from the Deposit and Payment bank drop down

When you make a bank account inactive, if you go to record a deposit or payment manually, you can select the inactive bank accounts. Since you do not set an inactive date on bank accounts, you should not be allowed to select those bank accounts on deposits or payments.
