Add Chain Capability

We frequently have to process one transaction followed by another required transaction. For example, after posting payroll, we have to pay the 401K contribution online. It would be very helpful if we can chain a template to another template so that we won't forget. The chain would be helpful if it can be done within the same entity and also to another entity.
