Allow users to edit the date of a journal while in the bank reconciliation window

Currently there is no way to edit the date of a journal while in the bank reconciliation window. This makes it hard to reconcile the bank account if the transaction that corresponds to the journal happened in the prior period to the bank transaction. Please enable journal date editing from the bank rec window.
