disassociate the description field that currently serves as the check memo for a separate field and add a check memo field

QB allows changing the memo field at any time when using the an existing vendor. Agillink currently makes it so you have to go into the vendor profile and change the description (which is actually the check memo field) and essentially locking all vendors to a single one time check memo upon setup that can only be overwritten if needing to use that vendor again with a different memo field. they should not be locked together. the memo field should be free to edit per transaction.
